Saya pikir pelaksanaan dengan gembok roda kurang efektif dalam pelaksanaan. Sebaiknya pelaksanaan aturannya aja yg harus lebih dipertegas. Kl harus ditilang ya ditilang aja namun harus jelas dulu melanggar tidaknya parkir ditempat tsb. Tks. Kris

i preferred oftenly to take bintaro highway from bsd and exit tanah kusir, it was taken shorter of time compared with kebun jeruk as my experiences before. sometimes when i was going back home from my office yaa..still depends of the time.

If anybody cares about the other - he / she can donate his / her blood directly to Red Cross, or just help himself / herself with drives safe and careful in the bad traffic.
