It looks like an intriguinig book. I think I'm going to get it... :)
I glanced at an excerpt on his site named "Why I became a late merger (and why you should too)". Interesting !

I used to think that these late mergers (people who waits until the last minute to merge) are ....welll.... shmucks, selfish souls.
Maybe I am wrong ?

Hmmm.... now it got me thinking... what about all those people driving on the shoulders on the highway.... are they shmucks too ? Or perhaps they are doing us all a service by maximizing the usage of the highway lanes ...

Feels like a good topic for a blog post...
